Update from Head Coach, John Grady
The majority of the time will be spent training of course but on Saturday pm there is a reception planned with the Lieutenant-Governor and other Island dignatories attending. The WG squad will do a display of individual routines followed by my Club giving a display.

Locally we will be using the occasion to announce a change of Club name to Jersey Special Gymnastics Club and to acknowledge the support we receive from the Jersey community. The organisations and individuals who have given support will be invited. Those directly involved with the World Games funding will obviously be there.

There will then be a drinks and nibbles reception hosted by Jersey Mencap and at some point during the weekend I hope to get some of the Chinese community involved.
